Longford Slashers

Longford Slashers is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Longford town, based at Michael Fay Park.

Its ladies' team has been extraordinary: nine county titles in a row from junior to senior between 2017 and 2025, followed by Leinster and All-Ireland titles in 2022.

That makes Slashers the only club in Longford history, in any code, to win an All-Ireland.
