About the club
Ballinderreen is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in the parish of Ballinderreen, in south County Galway. The club was founded in 1884, though hurling was deeply rooted in the parish well before the GAA itself existed.
It has produced a number of inter-county hurlers over the years, several of whom went on to win All-Ireland medals with Galway.
