About the club
UCC is the Gaelic football and hurling club of University College Cork, playing at the Mardyke and at Curraheen.
Unusually for a college side, its teams compete in the Cork Senior Football and Senior Hurling Championships alongside the county's clubs.
It also contests the main third-level competitions: the Sigerson Cup in football, the Fitzgibbon Cup in hurling and the Ashbourne Cup in camogie, and has played inter-county sides in pre-season competition.
